Yes! Cobrowse.io is designed to work with any app or website, and integrate seamlessly with any other support tools you may use. For any specific questions, please contact sales and we would be happy to discuss further.
For self-service customers, we accept credit card payments directly through our website via our payments provider Stripe.com. If you require alternate payments methods such as bank transfer or check, or require a purchase order or SOW, please contact sales.
With our Enterprise package, you can host privately with your chosen cloud provider and region, or you can host fully on-premise. Please see self-hosting overview for more information about self-hosting.
For self-service customers, there's no contract commitment so you may cancel at any time. Your plan will end at the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel your plan please send us an email and we'll be happy to help.
Cobrowse.io is designed to be highly configurable and extensible out-of-box to meet a wide range of customer needs. We are also available on a case-by-case basis to add new features or change the way things work to meet your requirements.
For self-service customers, you may find our Cloud Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement at Legal Terms. For Enterprise customers, we have a separate enterprise software license agreement which also includes our enterprise service level agreement.
